Sea Birds of the Wild Rivers Coast with Ann Vileisis

The south coast of Oregon’s many habitats–from ocean waves, offshore rocks, beaches and headlands, to rivers and marshes, forests and mountains–support an incredible variety of birds: birders have identified 396 species in Curry County alone! Author and environmentalist Ann Vileisis brings many years of experience observing local sea birds, their fascinating behavior and graceful beauty.
This educational presentation will be held Monday, March 6 at 6:00pm in the Chetco Library’s large meeting room. Admission is free.
