National Poetry Month Display

Art @ The Library

June 2018’s Featured Displays:

Lobby Display Case: “Our Library World,” a collection of art and craft pieces from children’s programming at the library.

Large Meeting Room: “Images of Brookings,” a collection of paintings by Les Cornish, John Gehl, Jay Mosby, and Audi Stanton.

Circulation Display Area: A preview of Summer Reading Bingo, as well as a selection of recommended summer reads.

Each month, the library showcases local artists and organizations in the large meeting room and lobby display case. A regular stop on the Second Saturday Art Walk, the meeting room gallery has displayed artwork of all mediums for more than two decades.
