Friends of Library Bookstore

 

Our bookstore is open year-round, offering gently-used and like-new books at very affordable prices.

HOURS

Tue: 11am – 3pm
Thu: 11am – 3pm
Fri: 11am – 3pm
Sat: 11am – 3pm

CLOSED for all library holidays.

Location: Library Annex. 402 Alder Street, Brookings, OR 97415 (across the street from the main library). Entrance to store is on the Railroad St side of the building.

Volunteer & Donate

 

To volunteer for the Friends of the Library bookstore or book sales, stop by the library for an application or click here for more information.

To donate to the Friends, make checks out to Friends of the Chetco Library and mail to their attention at 405 Alder St., Brookings, OR 97415.

Book donations are accepted at the Friends of the Library Bookstore during open hours. Please limit donations to items in excellent condition. For more details on what donations are accepted, contact the bookstore.

All gifts to the Friends of the Chetco Library are tax deductible.

Join the Friends of the Library for just $20.

 

All new memberships are now lifetime memberships.

  • All prior lifetime memberships are grandfathered in
  • Annual memberships for $5 are no longer available

Your membership benefits:

  • One hour early admission to the first day of biannual book sales
  • One free book from the Annex Bookstore
  • Email updates from the Friends and the Library, if desired

To join, stop by the library or Annex Bookstore which is open Tues, Thurs, and Sat from 11am-3pm.
